Today, Ranger Tom is out checking on the kangaroos. He walks through the meadow very slowly and quietly. Suddenly, he spots her—a beautiful mother kangaroo standing right over there! Her baby is crawling back into her pouch and peeks out curiously. Meanwhile, the mother has discovered some tasty twigs, which she is enjoying as a snack. Ranger Tom doesn't make a sound. Don't scare them off!
